CLIENT OBLIGATIONS:
- Point its domain to Wifify's hosting by editing the NS records as per the instructions provided by Wixify.
- Share the purchased theme and license key with Wixify.
- Share the site logo in high-resolution .png/.jpg format with Wixify.
- Provide Home, About Us, Services, and Contact Us page content (Text in Word file and high-resolution images in .jpg format).
- Any other content/information as and when required.
WIXIFY OBLIGATIONS:
- Design a website using the domain and theme provided by the client.
- Host the site on its cloud hosting (1 year).
- Secure the site with an SSL certificate (1 year).
- Create a custom email (1 year).
- Create and deploy the favicon based on the logo shared by the client.
- Create general content for various pages (subject to approval by the client)
- Obtain free images for use on the site with approval from the client.
- Maintain the site for good uptime and performance (1 year).
Delivery Time: 4 business days.
Cost:
Rs.5,300/- (includes cloud hosting, SSL certificate, 1 custom email, and 1 year of performance maintenance)
Payment Terms:
- 50% (Rs.2,650/-) on the order confirmation.
- 50% (Rs.2,650/-) when the website design is ready and approved by the client.

Indemnity:
Wixify's responsibility is limited only to the designing of this website and its smooth functioning. In no manner whatsoever, will Wixify be answerable to the client's users or government laws related to this order.
Client wholly indemnifies Wixify against all issues/disputes arising with its users or the government laws.
