Site Features:

Domain: The domain will be provided by Wixify.
Hosting: The site will be hosted on our cloud server.
SSL certificate: The site will be secured with an SSL certificate.
Custom Email: One free custom email.
CMS and programming languages: WordPress, PHP, HTML, and CSS.
Theme: Custom designed.
Site content: Curated by Wixify (as per keywords provided by the client).
Admin Panel: A client admin panel will be provided for product upload and editing.

Delivery Time: 5 business days.

Site Maintenance: One year for all bug fixes, minor modifications, and smooth functioning of the site. Any major modifications to the site will be billed extra.

Cost:

Business Website: Rs.10,000/- (all inclusive)
Content creation (based on keywords provided by the client): Rs.300/- per page
Android app conversion and publishing on Play Store on Wixify developer account: Rs.2,500/-
iOS app conversion and publishing on Apple Store on Wixify developer account: Rs.5,000/-

Payment Terms:

Website: 50% payment of Rs.5,000/- on the order confirmation & 50% when the website will go live.
Content creation: 100% when the website will go live.
Android app conversion: 100% advance of Rs.2,500/-
iOS app conversion: 100% advance of Rs.5,000/-

All payments are to be made through UPI to wixify@indianbank

Refund Policy: Only under the circumstances of the site and/or apps not being functional and Wixify is unable to fix the issue within 15 business days of first email reporting by the client then under the sole discretion of Wixify, Partial/Full refunds may be issued to the client.

Indemnity:

Wixify's responsibility is limited only to the development of this business website and its smooth functioning. In no manner whatsoever, Wixify will be answerable to the client's users or government laws related to this order.

Client wholly indemnifies Wixify against all issues/disputes arising with its users or the government laws.
